Cancellation Procedure
All bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full fare.
Lost Property Procedure
If items are found in our vehicles, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the passenger and arrange return. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days before disposal or donation, in line with UK regulations.
Advance Pre-Booking Procedure
Pre-bookings are recommended for airport transfers and corporate services. We require a valid payment method and contact details to secure pre-bookings. Special requests should be made at time of booking.
